DESCRIPTION:   Thermosealing with vacuum and modified atmosphere gas.
To do the cycle, the trays are placed inside the chamber, as many as the mold admint. Then, covered manually with the film and pulling down manually the chamber. Automatically the vacuum cycle is done, modified atmosphere, sealing, cutting film and opening the lid to remove trays completely closed.

• For 1/2 GN trays  the film is cut according to the tray form. Do not have remnats left over and it is ready for a new cycle. 
• For 1/4 GN trays  the film is separated by a lineal cut, leaving no remnant left over.
• For 1/8 GN trays the film is separated by a cross cut, leaving no remnants left over.

You can seal 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 trays.

DESCRIPTION:   MAXI WITH AUXILIAR DIE.

This machine plays a special role to change the tray with so much frequency.
For instance, packaging 5 trays types and change it for another type. Ideal for companies that have the need to be packaging different models of trays at the same time. With another machine it would be impossible, because of mold should change constantly and wait to get warm. With this machine, simply by changing the base of the sealing and auxiliary cutting die, which means less than a minute in each change. without the need to wait to get warm as it is always the same plate welding, because  the plate is completely smooth and has not cutting blades.

Descripción del producto:   Termoselladora con barrido de gas para atmosfera modificada.
Maquina adecuada para sellar bandejas de plástico, aluminio, polipropileno, poliestireno etc... , se puede hacer solo barrido de gas, atmósfera modificada o solo sellado. Una vez sellada la bandeja el film sale cortado según la forma de la bandeja, el film sobrante de sellado se rebobina automáticamente en un rodillo acumulador mediante dos motores sincronizado. Las bandejas se colocan directamente en la cinta transportadora que las lleva a la horma de vacío para realizar el ciclo de vacío atmósfera modificada, sellado y corte de film. Una vez terminado el ciclo expulsa la bandeja a través de una cinta de salida.

Technical data: Shrink continuous conveyor

MODEL: Continuous shrink tank.

OPERATION DESCRIPTION: Continuous shrink system without stopping time. The tank can receive one or more vacuum machinery pieces at the same time they download on the same conveyor, finalized in the tank; and without the need of stopping by photocell. The pieces fall by a ramp to the bottom of the tank, passing by a tilted conveyor under a rotating wheel that prevent the product afloat.

Then the product goes abroad, where its can bond with a dryer, an etiquetadora, weighing line, etc.

If the tank is connected to a water direct network is automatically filled with small doses in order not to the tank water temperature can low. The tank can shrink aproximately amount between 4.000 and 8.000 kg/hour. The switchboard has 5 power levels as need, being able to select 6.000w, 9.000w, 12.000w, 15.000w and 21.000w. The tank has programmable clock schedule, to begin to warm up before the start of working hours.
